Let me be the first to welcome you to our community! At Sistas with Locs we are all about building a space where we can truly see each other and be seen!  If you don't already know, I've been on this loc journey since 2019.  I was a loose natural for over a decade but when I entered the financial services industry in 2013 I felt tremendous pressure to present myself differently.  I wore wigs and weaves for several years until I decided enough was enough.  As a woman of high integrity, an education, and the owner of several businesses I refused to show up as anyone other than my true authentic self.  I formed our Sistas with Locs group on Facebook and as our community began to grow & thrive I knew it was important to even more positive messages and images for everyone on this loc'd journey.  Thank you for joining us while we are all just out here trusting the process!
